There's no highlight function in PowerPoint. However, depending on what you
want to highlight, you can select the textbox and give it a yellow fill, for
example. Or if you just want to highlight a part of the text, create a
rectangle the size of the text and assign it a fill of yellow and set it to
"no line". Then send it to back, so that it'll be under the text.
