i have just purchased an mp3 player but when i connect
it, it says i need to install a high speed usb hub can
anyone advise me how to do this.

If you do not have USB2.0 ports in your PC, you will have to purchase a
separate USB 2.0 PCI card. It is not possible to 'upgrade' existing USB1.1
ports to 2.0.
