high resolution video set-up?

Hi,

I had windows re-installed in my PC due to viruses I had, and now I can't
watch some videos in it.
For instance I tried to watched the trailer for Halo 2 (From www.xbox.com),
and was not able to, and got a message saying "High resolution video not
available"

I used to be able to watch these trailers.

I have a Pentium 4 Dell Laptop
