High Importance Mail BEEP

Hi,

Several people have been experiencing an problem with Outlook 2000 / 2003
where when they recieve a High Importance email it causes their PC Speaker
to Beep loudly 3 times. We have been completely unable to find a cause for
this or a way to turn it off. (Or indeed how they managed to turn this
'Feature' on)

Any Ideas?

This is caused by an add-in (can't come up with the name at the moment).
Outlook is not able to do this on its own.
