Email High Importance Sound

Several of my users have been complaining when they receive a high importance
email they receive a 3 beep tone from outlook. We have been running Outlook
2003 for over 1 year and have not seen this before. The change must have
been in a service pack, but I have heard the 3 beep tone and it is annoying.
Can I shut off the high importance sound or change it to the normal incomming
email tone.

I have not found an answer. Please let me know if you find a solution and I

Phil,

This is what someone sent but I do not have a rule set but I though t maybe
it could be a Server rule?

"Do you have a Rules Wizard rule setup to do that since I don't think that's
a built-in function"
