High CPU usage

Ollie

Hello Yall,
I am running Windows XP Pro on a workstation with one gig
of DDR memory, that shows high cpu usage (above 50%) with
no applications open. We already updated windows, and
the MBD bios with no change.
Here are some of the processes that are running:

NOPDB.exe-----29,688K
SAPROXY-------21,380K
IExplorer-----21,176K
MSIMN---------18,392K
QWDLLS--------16,152K
SVCHOST-------17,952K
We can't even shut down the system because the resources
are far gone, and yes we have an up to date NAV. I
appreciate your input in advance.

Thanks a lot
Ollie

NOPDB.exe>Norton speed disk "You can disable this"
SAPROXY>Spam filter

iexplorer is most likely the source of all your troubles

MSIMN>outlook express
QWDLLS>Quicken
QWDLLs.exe

(Intuit) Quicken’s quick launch utility which loads Quicken DLLs at startup
so that Quicken can start quicker whenever you invoke it. Just like its
Microsoft cousin, Find Fast, this program is a total waste of time.

SVCHOST>normal system process you may have several of these at once
