I've got XP and Windows Server 2003 dual-booting on the same computer. When
booted to XP I'd like the Server2003 Primary partition to be hidden, to
avoid any mishaps, and vice versa.

Is there any way you can do this?

I tried removing the permissions for group "Everyone" when booted to Server
but after rebooting to XP I can still see the Server2003 Primary
partition...

I don't know whether this is what you're looking for:
Start>Run and type in "msconfig" without the quotes. In "Boot.ini" tab, in "Waiting time" write 0 (seg.).

TweakUI for XP lets you decide what drives/partitions will be displayed in
Windows Explorer when working in XP. Install this to your XP setup so that
its settings apply to XP only.

After installing, locate My Computer> Drives. Remove the check mark for the
drives that you do not want visible. If for any reason, you find you need
access to the drive - just simply replace the checkmark and refresh the
view in Windows Explorer.
