Hiding Icons

I use Windows XP at home and when I have several Excel
Files or other files open, I get just one icon on the
bottom for each program that is open.
On 2000 at work, I get an icon for each file in each
program. This gets burdensome.
Anyone know how to set so only the programs open show as
an icon and not each file within the program.

You can't configure W2K this way.

Thanks, It worked. One other that I use a lot is an Access
database. Same thing all the open files pop an icon on the
bottom. Do you have any thoughts there. Again, thanks for
your help.

Not to be rude, but try the same approach. :-)
