Hide Track Changes from Email Recipient

Is there a way to default Word to not show Track Changes to an Email
Recipient? By default, they seem to show, as in "Final Showing markup"
regardless of the option chosen when closing and saving.

Accept all the changes before mailing the document. Then there aren't any
for the recipient to see.

If you want to keep a copy with the revisions still marked, that's fine,
just don't mail it by mistake.

Make a copy of the document if you want to preserve the tracked changes in
your copy. Then Accept All Changes in Document before sending.
