Hide the start and program bar

I want to hide all the bar for all my terminal user. They have to find in their session only the desktop with the icon to launch company programs. How have I to configure the profiles

I don't think you can totally delete the Start Menu and Task bar, but
you can redirect the Start Menu to a custom menu that you create
yourself, and you can lock down the taskbar.
This is easiest done with a Group Policy:
