Hi,

In Windows Mail, when I send an e-mail message, my e-mail address shows up
twice: once as the account name and secondly as my e-mail address. I would
show only one (doesn't matter which to me). Is there anyway to format this?

Thanks.

Can you be a little more specific as to just where you are looking
when you see this? Are you looking at a copy of a sent message
in the Sent Items folder? Or while you are composing a message?
Or are you talking about what the recipient sees after the sent
message is delivered?

Go to tools menu>accounts>select the account>properties>general tab>change
the account name in the top line box.

How do I hide my e-mail address so the receipient only see my name?

I don't think you can hide it. Most mail servers will not accept mail that is
missing the 'From' address. You would have to make up some dummy
address. Even then, some mail providers check for a valid email address,
and they may reject mail that is ostensibly not from their subscriber.
