Hide/delete own calendar??

We have some very low level employees who I am being told cannot have
access to a calendar. Is it possible to at least hide the calendar or
make it not visible to the mailbox owner? I know it is a system file
and probably can't be deleted. I am running Exchange 2k3 with Outlook
2k3. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No. Outlook provides no way to do that. Perhaps you want to give them POP3 or IMAP4 access only?
