Hidden Text

I am using PowerPoint version 2003. I am editing a presentation for my
manager and when I run the slide show and view the normal view the text looks
fine. However when I go to print the slides, there is additional text that
is popping up but is hidden from the slides. I am not sure how to correct
this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you printing in black and white?

If you go to View | Color/Grayscale | Grayscale, you'll see what will print
in grayscale. I suspect you have text that's the same color as your slide
background, so you cannot see it. You'll be able to see it in B/W or
Grayscale view.

Thank you for the information! I was able to get rid of the unwanted text.
I suspect the original creator of the presentation I am working with did not
know PowerPoint very well.

Are you printing in black and white?
