You can set the seurity policy. Right click "Start" and hit properties and
hit the button net to your tyoe of start menu. then check show
"Administrative Tools"
hit ok, and then hit start - programs - administrative tools - local
security policy and expand Local Policies and click Security Options. And in
there, you should be able to enable the Administrator Account.
