hidden fax

when logging off i get an eror message "program not responding" identified as
"hidden fax". I am unable to locate using windows search, and cannot locate
in program files. any info on this will be appreciated.

You can disable the fax console- control panel, on the left pane,
"Add/Remove Windows Components", un-check Fax Services.
If you rather not disable the fax, see if putting the Fax services startup
type as
automatic in Computer Management will change anything.

HiddenFaxWindow seems to be from the Fax service. Disable the Fax service,
if you have no need of it. Or uninstall Fax Services.
