Hidden Drop Downs: Turning off?

Hello -
How do I turn off the Hidden Drop down menus? It is only
showing me the ones that are recently used. Can I turn
off the Hidden Drop Down menus for other spps as well
(i.e. powerpoint, excel, etc)?

Tried Internet options>content tab> autocomplete>uncheck web
addresses>uncheck forms>apply>OK ?
