Hibernation Screensavers and Standby

This partains to Windows XP Service Pack 2 with every known hotfix I can find.

Configuration to follow:

PC not hibernating on a regular basis. Using 3D Screensaver - 5% success,
Marquee - 20%, Blank - 20%. Used in conjunction with Standby - 0%.

It is hit or miss after any reboot on whether the configuration will
hibernate or not. I have 7 out of 100 PCs that are exact copies of eachother,
hardware and software. (The other 93 don't have the changes I made to the
power saving scheme)

The configuration is a Howard Computers E800T. Low power model running in a
Stinger Medical mobile cart w/battery. These are 800 mhtz IDTPentium II (not
INTEL) running on a VIA EPIA mb w/ 133mhtz Bus clock, BIOS Award 6.00 PG
11/14/2002. PCs have either 128 or 256 MBs of ram. PCI1410 Cardbus Controller
with Cisco 350 Wireless PCMCIA installed.

Software: McAfee 8.0 and latest Cisco driver for the wireless. TCP3270
terminal emulator, Physicians Order Entry software and IE6 based web
applications.

Problem occurs no matter when, what or where. From 1st thing after bootup to
the PC being on for 48 hours. Moving from Access Point to Access Point or
standing still.
It will go into screen saver always, and standby is pretty stable, but
getting better than a 1 out of 4 chance of these things going into
hibernation has never happened. It will work 10 times in a row and then not
for the next 4 days.

The configuration I am hoping to come to is: Marquee @ 5 minutes and
Hibernate @ 10.

If you have any suggestions that you think will help please reply.
