Hibernation problem

I cannot maunually put my computer into hibernation. I
have selected enable hibernation under power options but
when I press my power buton and it asks me what I want to
do, hibernation is not included as one of the options.
Any ideas why?

when I press my power buton and it asks me what I want to
do, hibernation is not included as one of the options.

Usually the standard "Turn off" dialog is shown here. "Hibernate" will
replace "Standby" if you press SHIFT, like in the "Turn off" dialog as
well. However, this is not necessary as pressing H will invoke the
Hibernation Mode as well, even if "Hibernate" currently is not shown
as an option.
