Hibernation issue

I have a brand new Del Dimension DXP051 with 2048Gb of RAM... and every time
I try to send it into hibernation mode, I receive the following message:
"Windows System Error: Insufficient system resources to complete the API".

I have disabled practically everything (virus software, IM applications
etc.) but to no avail. Any suggestions would be very gratefully received!

There's a hotfix available from Microsoft for this. Read here:
