hibernation enabled, but won't work

I have hibernation enabled in Power Options, but when I try to shut down Windows XP
Corp, there is no hibernation choice. Any suggestions to get this to work?

Hold down the shift key at the shut down screen and standby turns to
hibernate, IIRC.
