Hibernation Button

I have noticed that the newer versions of WXP include a visible 'Hibernation'
button when closing down the program, rather than having to reveal the
button, instead of 'Stand By', by pressing 'Shift'. Is there any way to
update the shut-down process to have the Hibernation button always reealed?

Thanks RajKohli. It looks too risky at this point for something that is a
very minor convenience. I'll wait for SP3, as MS suggests.
