Really frustrating - my monitor has a permenant "wobble"
can anyone help? I have tried the screen refresh rate as
suggested in my manual but with no joy - i have also
checked that all connections are secure and have even
disconnected my speakers and printer!! I would be really
grateful if anyone can help.

thanks

If you have a CRT monitor, can you adjust the tuning?

What make of monitor? Do you have speakers or other magnetic sources very
close to the monitor?

Some monitors are just mediocre that way. I bought a Viewsonic A90f+ and I
can't run it at the "recommended" setting because of the jiggles. What I did
was run at a lower resolution where I could set the refresh to 85 Hz.

Try setting the refresh to 85 Hz minimum if you can.
