Can someone out there help us please we have Windows XP
home edition and have found that when we try to print
pages from the internet we get an error message
res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg can any
one help please. We have reinstalled our printer with no
joy. We have also tried RegSvr32 this also did not help
we bought the Pc with XP already installed so do not have
the XP Cd
