HELP!

Hi, I was trying to copy a file onto a CD with the drag
and drop method into my CD-R/RW and there would always be
something that would pop up on my screen saying to insert
a writable CD into the drive and there always would be a
CD in there. It seems to me that the drive is not reading
anything. I have tried un-installing the drive and re-
installing it many times but no success. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

The built in XP burning software does not support Drag & Drop (UDF packet writing). You'll need to purchase a 3rd party burning program.
