I need to format my hard drive but i do not have the
access code does anyone have the phone number to ring as i
am desperate

Hello
By access code I am assuming you mean key code it should be on a Windows XP
sticker on the side of your puter.
If it is not on the puter and it is still able to run you can get it by
downloading the key finder from here.

MS does not offer a way to replace the key code only a lost, broken or
damaged cd.
