Probelm: When I uses msn service for the internet, the
help content keeps on pop up even though I didn't click
help. Can some tell me how I can fix this. Thanks.
 
You can go to run,type:regedi
Expand-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer then R.click advanced and open
L.click-enable ballon tips,open modify,set all to zero, youll have to expirement but th
others are,show ballon tips,folder contents info tip,all can be set to zero.
