i need to know of maybe what has happened to my mom computer. one day it was
working fine and when she turned it on the next day all u could get was a
green screen with lines. so i thought it might be the monitor so i took her
cpu and put it on my monitor but it still does the same thing with the green
screen with lines. can anyone give me an idea of what it might be... thanks

That is not an awful lot of information to base a cure on.It could be the video
drivers......video card..........hard drive funked out.......OS screwed
up......etc etc etc.might I suggest that you or your mommy take the system to a
reputable computer repair shop...I know they are hard to find but they do
exist.The company you purchased from comes to mind??
