HELP!!!!

I run windows XP pro, and I deleted a program file for MS Word so now
I cannot access Word at all.

Is there anyway I can retrieve something that was sent to the recycle bin and
deleted in the Recycle Bin??

Big Mistake on my part...any help would be appreciated...and I do have
administrator privileges.

You should be able to do a REPAIR option on the Office Install. Go to
the control panel and Add/Remove Programs and select Office. Then when
prompted perform a repair installation.
