Unless you are employed by Microsoft, you cannot use their domain name.
Do you have an existing email address? If so, what is the part after the
@ symbol?
If you don't have an existing email address, you can get one from Gmail: http://gmail.com
Alternatively, you can get an email address from your ISP. Who provides
your Internet service?
