im trying to set up windows mail , i got all the way done and was using it
then it starting asking me for my user name and password . i was so stressed
did not know what else to do so i erased it . please can u help me set it up
the right way

The details depend on which email provider you want to use. If you want
Gmail, see here:

These instructions cover both the IMAP and the POP methods of
connecting. Choose one of these, and don't get them mixed up.
If you don't have a Gmail account yet, use Create an Account.
