Hi cheryl,
There is not much you can do other than contact the vendor for this
problem. I can think of 3 things to try on a weekend.
1. You may be able to work around this by turning OFF Data Execution
Prevention for this program. Control Panel / System / Advanced /
Performance "Settings" button / Data Execution Prevention & select the
top option (essential windows programs).
2. Delete *all files and folders* in your Temp folder. A hidden
folder, C:\Documents and Settings\<yourloginname>\Local Settings\Temp
\ To see this folder go to Windows Explorer and select Tools / Folder
Options / View (tab) & select Show hidden files and folders.
3. From Programs / Accessories - Select Command Prompt and type in
chkdsk /F hit enter - then "y" then hit enter again. Now, re-doot your
PC to have your files checked (and fixed) for file system errors.
