Help!!!

Hi....My Dell XPS desk top will not go beyond boot up into Window XP.
Black screen listed choice of "safe mode" & etc. but freeze after
select choice.
So brought a laptop to get on line to get this far.

If none of the options on the 'Safe Mode' screen - including 'Last Known
Good Configuration' - don't allow you access to Windows, you can try a
'Repair' install of XP. Please see the following article by Michael
Stevens:
