HELP!

I totally screwed up some settings.. need help!

When you want to save a img online you´re supposed to
right click and click "save as".. then it should appear a
little box saying "save as jpg" (as an example).
apparently ive succeded to change that so whenever i
wanna save a img i can only save it as a bmp!!! why? what
did i do? i can not save img (that moves) or anything
else but in a bmp format.. where do i go in and change
that? im hopeless in things like that!

anyone have any ideas or tips?

It's got nothing to do with AOL - delete your Temporary Internet Files
(from either within the browser's Tools menu or Control Panel's
Internet Properties).
