Today i started my pc and i got a system message that i
have to store all my settings and drive down my pc
because the (rpc) was quitted an then i had 60 seconds to
do this. no my question what is the rpc an how could i
stop getting messages, driving down my pc etc
 
You are probably infected with the MSBlast worm that is going around.
Do you read the latest computer news? Apparently not...
Do you have a firewall on your computer? Apparently not...
Do you install Windows Updates regularly? Apparently not.
This is what is causing your computer to shut down, or "drive down" as you
call it on your planet...
