Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, maybe someone can help me here. I had a problem: unloaded user account,
so i cant load nor my user account or the administrator account. I can only
satr windows xp in administrator safe mode, so i cant access ussers accounts
in Control Panel. I tryed usying UPHClean program to resolve my problem, but
the program does not run in safe mode. How can i unload my usser account that
is blocked?I am afraid of loosing all the information saved in my account. Or
how can i acces the user accounts utility in Control Panel to create a new
user account to work? Evrey tiome i try to access the utility it displays me
a messege that says: "The system cannot find the specified file@. Then, if i
click the "home" option it displays a messege that says:" 'g_Navigator' is
null or not an object"

Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

In Safe mode, logged on as administrator, click start/run or hit the
winkey+r to open the run dialog. Type CONTROL USERPASSWORDS and click ok to
open the user account dialog. Reactivate your account or create a new one to
log in to, then restart the system normally.

If running that fails, I would suspect you have either corrupted the
installation or that you have spy or adware installed and will need to clean
this off first.
