Empty User Accounts Window

XP Home, SP2. When I open User Accounts from the Control Panel, all I'm
getting is an empty window. Same in Safe Mode under Administrator
Account.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Click Start, Run and type:

regsvr32 jscript.dll
