HELP!!

oK I feel really dumb today. I am working in access, and can not figure out
how to backup my data to a memory stick. I know its something simple.. just
one of those weeks... know what I mean...Can someone PLEASE help refresh my
memory!

Shut down the database, navigate to it through Windows Explorer and copy the
MDB file to your memory stick.
