HELP!

Everytime I log on I get an error report pop-up. Every time I try and do something such as open up a program the CPU restarts. WHAT CAN I DO??

Give us more details.
Check your Event Log for more errors.
Ventilate your machine better.
Check your hard drive for errors.
Tell us what you have done recently (right before this started) to your PC
(installed, uninstalled, power fluctuations, etc.)
