Help!

I installed service pack 2, it caused my machine to go
slow, I uninstalled it and office 2003 would not work so
I flattened my C: drive, and re-instlalled win xp. Now I
cannot access my docs on the D: drive because it is NTFS
and folders are set to private HELP PLEASE !!!
