help !

I was playing with the settings for start-up, and lost access to all
my menu-bars and design mode. How do I get them back ? TIA for you
help

Don't play with Mother Nature, er.. I mean Access!!

Hold down the shift key as you open the database.

Or, if the database is already open, press F11.
