HI
i have recently forgot a password to logon to my
machine. It is the only available account i did not hv a
guest account or others. So I had to use my xp cd to
boot and then use the command promp with the
commandnusrmmgr.cpl and removed the password then added a
new one i can now log into windows but i had many
important files on my desktop and they are now
encrypted. I hv no way of unlocking those files since i
do not know my former password please help me
