HELP!

Recently, a thing from abetterinternet . com keeps popping up, and its on my
computer. I think its a virus, and i have ran like 3 virus scanners and it
doesnt appear anywhere. Also, there is alot of spyware on my comp... popup's
from some ip address... or something 69.42.82.222 I need to know how to get
rid of this... I've ran several anti spy programs but nothing seems to do the
trick. And im soo nervous to play around with the registry. Can someone help
me please!

Start with CWShcredder (google it)
Then move on to Adaware, then use spybot search and destroy.
CWScredder should be used in Safe mode (first) then again in normal
mode. Same with Adaware.
