Can't delete offline Files!!

Hey,
Recently my computer has been running a bit strange, so I ran a full
Virus scan and spyware scan and found out something weird. Whenever I
attempt to scan the temporary internet files folder, my virus scanner
shuts down. I tried to delete it through internet explorer, which also
shuts down when I attempt to do it. I scanned all my processes and they

all seem fine unless im missing something. Please help because im
Certain this is some form virus but I can't find it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I ran a spy-ware remover whilst in normal windows and it found
the trojan but it locked up in trying to remove it. Simply did it in
safe mode and it works fine now. Thanks for the ideas.
