help with xp backup for files

Since you make it impossible to reach you directly ,
except throughy a public venue, (which is not
professional at all) I must ask the question here..
simply , I need to know how I can have my c and d drive
(which are particned by Sony Vaio) backed up at regular
intervals (whcih I have been told XP can do) to my
external drive ..which is my H drive. Thanks Dan
Crafton..PS you should really work on having a SIMPLE
message on your site for "if the site FAQ's don't cover
your inquiry and you wnat to reach us directly".. that
does not exist.!! Good holiday

If you have a sony you need to contact them. MS only support their own XPs.
