help with works suite 2003 - i now have xp professional

I now have windows xp professional rather then home edition, when trying to
install works 2003 (computer has just been formatted trying to re-install
everything)nothing happens tried going through start, run, setup ect but
nothing happens olny messege i get is please insert disk in drive.

Can anyone help? is this due id xp pro rather then xp home edition?
 
If you go into My Computer can you see an icon representing the CDROM drive.
If so what happens if you double click on the icon.
