help with wlmd beta

I downloaded wlmd beta but i can't get it to download my email. it will get
the newsgroups but no mail help.

I got a hotmail account. So what am i doing wrong?????????????????

Did you have the hotmail account created before you downloaded the program?
Are you trying to add an account now?

During the beta, an invitation is required for each account you want to add
to
Windows Live Mail Desktop.

If you've already joined the beta, and want to add/configure a second
account:
1. Go to http://ideas.live.com and find the Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta
box.
2. Click "Get Updates".
3. Enter the name of your secondary Hotmail account and click Submit.
Please Note: There are account and server-side dependencies which will
affect how quickly we can convert your account and issue you an invitation.
It may take SEVEN DAYS OR MORE to get your secondary account invitation.
