Help With Windows

I am having a very strange problem with windows. Print and file
sharing becomes unchecked everytime I reboot. Any Ideas would be
appreciated

If the settings aren't persistent ( or sticky ) after a reboot you may
have an issue with your User Profile ( Registry Hive ). As a test I
would use an alternate account and make the change then reboot.
If the setting doesn't retain in that situation I'd look to any Security
software on your machine that may be blocking the sharing.

Would changing my use profile from administrator to System correct it?
