Please I need urgent help. When I had Windows XP sp 1 ,my pc worked without
real problem.Since I upgraded to sp2 ,whenever I plug in a USB memory the
blue screen with error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.Stop : 0x0000000A
(0x000000FF,0x00000000,0x80563d35).Then when I restart the PC I have the
message "Microsoft Windows has encountered and error" and detail on the error
gives 2 files C:\Documents...\...\Mini110105-01.dmp
C:\Documents...\...\sysdata.xml
Tests on my hard drive rather give no problem,in my device manager
everything lokks OK ? How do I go about solving this ?

Also IT looks like instead of protecting one against spyware , sp2 has
opened my pc to all kinds of attacks.Animations and unwanted advert page keep
poping up!
Help please .I have WindOWS XP Home Edition sp 2 + Microsoft Antispyware up
to date.

Plsssssssss for help !!!!

Can you provide the manufacturer and model for your USB memory?

Hi Gerry,

Independantly of the USB memory I use ,the result is the same : BSOD.
However the names I can cite are : Lexar Media Jumpdrive , Sandisk , Dane
Elec , Traveler disk...

Keep waiting for your help that is very precious !

Traveler -Updater 2.0
http://www.lexar.com/drivers/index.html#jumpdrive

Sandisk
http://www.sandisk.com/retail/drivers.asp

Dane Elec
http://www.dane-memory.com/support/framer.asp?s=downloads.asp

You need to look at each of these sites and identify the driver for the
product you have. Then download the zipped driver to an Empty Desktop
folder (right click on Desktop and select New, Folder) and open the zip
by extracting into the folder.

Next insert the USB device in the USB Port.

Now right click the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Hardware,
Device Manager , Universal Serial Bus Controllers, USB Mass Storage
Device, Driver, Update Driver and then follow the instructions in the
Wizard. Choose "Not Windows Update", "Install Specific Location",
Search", "In this location", "Browse".

Try to update the driver for Traveler first and see if you get a good
result.

Good luck.
