You're asking in the wrong place, Joshua. This newsgroup is first in the
alphabetical listing, but it's a volunteer (not Microsoft) staffed group for
the database software Microsoft Access, not for general computer questions.

Please scroll down the list of subject areas and find a newsgroup for OneCare.
I don't have that program installed so have no idea how to answer.
