Help with scanner installation and SCSI

M

md

I just upgraded my operating system from Windows ME to
2000. After the upgrade, I tried to install my HP Scanjet
5p Scanner that is connected to a USB SCSI HD50.

Upon installation of the hardware device, I receive an
error that it will not install because I do not have a
Function Driver. What is this? I have looked everywhere
on the internet to find the function driver including the
Microtec where I purchased my SCSI adapter.

I cannot find the driver. I can't use my scanner. Can
anyone help without being too technical?

Thanks.
